Shipping Policy

• We ship all orders within 2 weeks, except for custom orders, which may take longer depending on design requirements.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday (8 AM - 5 PM EST).
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

Return & Refund Policy

• We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges.
• Contact us within: 7 days of delivery.
• Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery.
• Returns must be in original condition and packaging.
